Bisher bekam jeder neue Bewohner bei seinem Einzug vom Hausmeister einen Antrag in die Hand gedrückt und warf ihn ausgefüllt bei einem der Admins in den Briefkasten.
Die Admins mussten nun von jedem Antrag die Daten von Hand in das Verwaltungssystem eintragen. Dieses Vorgehen war relativ aufwändig und fehleranfällig – gerade zu den Zeiten, in denen viele Bewohner einziehen.
Deshalb läuft das neue Antragsverfahren so:
- Du bekommst, wie bisher, beim Einzug einen Antrag vom Hausmeister ausgehändigt.
- Jetzt registrierst du dich auf der Webseite, die auf dem Antrag angegeben ist. Deine MAC-Adresse wird dabei automatisch erkannt.
- Du wirfst den unterschriebenen Antrag bei einem der Admins in den Briefkasten.

In the past, every new inhabitant got a application form from the caretakers at his move-in, which he filled out and posted it to the mailbox of one of the admins.
The admins now had to enter the data of each inhabitant into our managment-system manually. This was a rather time-consuming and error-prone method – especially in times, when a lot of new inhabitants moved in.
The new application procedure is the following:
- You get, as before, a application form from the caretaker, when you move in.
- Now you register at the website, which is specified on the application form. Your MAC-address will be recognized automatically.
- You post the filled form in the mailbox of one of the admins.
